FAQ
I am based in Vancouver, Canada! For all international orders, including the US, I go through a local carrier called Chitchats that transfers packages to USPS or Asendia, so please be patient with me!
Shipping prices are calculated based on the order and address! Below are estimated shipping times globally!
○ Canada: 5-14 business days
○ USA: 3-7 business days
○ International: 5-22 business days
Any two orders with the same name and address in one drop will automatically be combined, with the extra shipping cost refunded!! You don't need to contact me!! Combined shipping is not available across different drops unless otherwise agreed to!!
PLEASE ensure that the name and address are inputted consistently across orders, as they will be considered separate orders by the spreadsheet filter otherwise. I usually manually check through the addresses, but the combine cannot be guaranteed.
For example:
'5000 E 50th St' is different than '5000 East 50th Street'.
'John Doe' is different than 'John Doe'
All pins are final sale! However, I am absolutely willing to exchange/refund defective pins, or if I accidentally missed a pin or included the wrong pin/wrong variant! Please contact me either via Instagram or my Contact page, and let me know your:
○ Order number
○ Date purchased
○ Photo of the product in question
This helps me quickly verify the issue and send out either a free replacement (shipping covered by me) or a refund!
All pins, both pre-order and in-hands, are mixed AB grade!
As all pins are hand made, some flaws are to be expected. I do mixed grade as I often do open preorders as a majority of my audience prefers. Open preorders means I often have large volume of pins that needs to be processed by myself alone. I examine the pins quickly, and will catch larger, noticeable flaws.
If there's a specific issue pertaining to flawed pins, please contact me and I am happy to issue partial refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis!
