FAQ
I am a Canadian based in Seattle, WA, United States! All US orders are sent through USPS via Pirate Ship. International orders are sent via various carriers and can have varying shipping times, so please be patient with me!
Shipping prices are calculated based on the order weight and address! Below are estimated shipping times globally!
○ Canada: 5-14 business days
○ USA: 3-5 business days
○ International: 5-22 business days
I am happy to combine any orders with the same name and address and refund the extra shipping cost!! Please email me at innkbean@gmail.com or via this contact form and include your name and order numbers. I will update the orders/process the refund manually. Combined orders across different drops/inhands/preorders are okay, but the package will be sent after all items in it have arrived in-hand.
I am absolutely happy to exchange/refund defective pins, or if I accidentally missed a pin or included the wrong pin/wrong variant! Please contact me either via Instagram or my Contact page, and let me know your:
○ Order number
○ Date purchased
○ Photo of the product in question
This helps me quickly verify the issue and send out either a free replacement (shipping covered by me) or a refund!
All pins, both pre-order and in-hands, are mixed AB grade!
If there's a specific issue pertaining to flawed pins, please contact me and I am happy to issue partial refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis!
